What is your webcast basic setup?
Our standard setup includes 3-4 small discreet HD cameras and 1 graphics channel which can be used for slides, title & name overlays and more. Everything is fed into a digital mixer and encoder with the audio sources from the sound board & 24-bit/96khz mics. All cameras are unmanned and fixed position keeping cost down.
What sites can you stream to?
Facebook Live, Youtube, Vimeo, Concert Window or embed into your own site easily. We can also stream to any RMTP server of your choice. White label streaming and hosting is available via Dacast or your own vendor.
What quality is the stream and recording?
We stream in 720p and record on-site in MPG4. Everything is flexible to your needs but these tend to be the best settings for streaming and sharing. Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHD files are available with advance notice and client provided SSD
What happens during the event on-site?
During your event our on-site tech will mix the video and audio sources to create a live video for streaming and recording. We do it live, there is no rewind! At the end of the event you will get a copy of the video in MPG4 from the mixed video and audio. We do not provide any editing or post work but we can recommend some great studio technicians.
Do you provide onsite AV support?
We provide basice audio visual support for meetings, awards ceremonies and corporate events. Please see AV Support for more details. We currently do not offer concert production support beyond technicians and labor support.
